This policy applies to the Kaal Jyoti API, operated by GoAppsters Private Limited, and forms part of the API Terms of Service.
Nothing is shipped. The Kaal Jyoti API is a digital service delivered online. There are no physical goods, no shipping charges and no delivery address.
1. How the service is delivered
- Your account and keys are available as soon as you sign in to the dashboard. A key works the moment you create it, on the Free plan, with no payment.
- A paid plan applies as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment — usually within seconds. The plan’s monthly credits and limits apply to every key on the account from then on.
- A credit pack is added to your account as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, and its credits can be used at once.
- Your tax invoice is issued when the payment is confirmed and e-mailed to the address on your account; it is also on the Plan page of the dashboard.
- Answers to your requests are delivered over HTTPS, in the response to each request. PDFs are delivered the same way, as the response to the request that asks for one.
2. If something has not arrived
If a payment has been taken but the plan or credit pack is not showing on the Plan page within 24 hours, write to support@goappsters.in with the e-mail address on your account and the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt. We will apply it, or refund the payment in full if we cannot.
3. Cancellations and refunds
Cancelling a plan, and when a refund is due, are covered by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
