Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy a report at kaaljyoti.com/reports from GoAppsters Private Limited (“we”). By paying for a report you agree to them, to the refund policy and to the privacy policy.

1. What you buy

A personalised report as a PDF file, such as a Vedic astrology, Varshphal (year ahead), match making or numerology report, prepared from the details you enter, in the language you choose. Each product page describes what its report contains, and you see your own report’s cover and one of its pages before you pay. The report is calculated and prepared by the Kaal Jyoti engine, following the classical rules of Vedic astrology.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown before you pay and include GST. Buyers in India pay in rupees; buyers elsewhere pay in US dollars. Payment is taken by Razorpay. Every order gets a GST tax invoice, e-mailed with the report and available on the order page.

3. Delivery

The report is prepared before you pay, usually within a minute. After payment it opens on your order page straight away and is e-mailed to the address you gave, usually within a few minutes. You can download it from the order page for 7 days, and have it e-mailed again from Find my report in that time; after that we delete it, so please keep the e-mailed copy. If it has not arrived within 24 hours, write to us (section 7).

4. Your details

The report is only as accurate as the birth details you enter: please check the date, the time (ideally from a birth certificate) and the place before paying. You must be 18 or older to buy. If the report is about someone else, you confirm when ordering that you have their permission to share their birth details, or, for a child, that you are their parent or guardian.

5. What a report is, and is not

Astrology and numerology are traditional systems of guidance. A report describes tendencies and timings as that tradition reads them; it is not a prediction we guarantee, and it is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Please do not make decisions about health, money, law or relationships on a report alone, and consult a qualified professional for those. The disclaimer says this in full, and forms part of these terms.

6. Use of the report

The report is for your personal use, and that of the person it is about. You may print it and share it with family or an astrologer. You may not resell it or republish it.

7. Complaints

Write to reports@kaaljyoti.com with your order number. We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month. If you are not satisfied, write to our Grievance Officer, Amit Verma, at support@goappsters.in.

8. Our liability

If something goes wrong on our side, we put it right as the refund policy says: we make your report again, or refund it if it could not be delivered or you were charged twice. Beyond that, our liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be limited.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer to approach a consumer commission, the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The terms in force when you paid apply to that order.
